## What is Emporiqa?

The AI chatbot that closes sales for e-commerce stores. It acts like an online salesperson. Shoppers describe what they want; it recommends matching products from your catalog, handles objections on price and fit, and walks them to checkout. Queries like "gift for someone who likes cooking" return relevant results. Answers come from your catalog, so it will not invent products or quote policies you do not have. It also answers shipping, return, and payment questions from your store pages, tracks orders, compares products, and adds to cart. Hands off to your team when it cannot answer alone. Works with WooCommerce (WordPress), Magento 2, PrestaShop, Drupal Commerce, Sylius, or any platform via webhook API. Supports more than 65 languages. Unlimited team members on every account. EU company, GDPR-compliant, no training on customer data. Signup includes $25 of credit, about 100 conversations, no card required.
