Ton Bien est une application française de gestion d’investissement immobilier qui aide les propriétaires bailleurs à centraliser leurs biens, loyers, locataires, sociétés, documents et indicateurs financiers dans un tableau de bord unique. La plateforme remplace les fichiers Excel, les quittances Word et les dossiers éparpillés en permettant de suivre les paiements, d’identifier les loyers en retard, de générer des quittances, d’organiser les baux, états des lieux et factures, et de piloter le cash-flow réel de chaque bien. Elle permet aussi de comparer le cash-flow attendu au cash-flow constaté, de consolider les revenus par bien ou par société, et de suivre l’évolution du patrimoine net en intégrant immobilier, liquidités, actions ou cryptomonnaies. Des alertes et simulateurs aident à anticiper les tâches, calculer la rentabilité locative, les mensualités d’emprunt et les rendements projetés.
