## What is Sageio?

Sageio is AI meeting-translation software for multilingual teams. It joins Google Meet calls as a bot — no extensions or installs — and can auto-join meetings from your calendar. During the call it streams real-time translated captions in 20+ languages at about two seconds of latency, and each participant chooses the language they read in, so people follow along without switching to a second language. Asian languages (Traditional Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai) are first-class, alongside European ones. Within about five minutes of a meeting ending, Sageio sends the host an AI summary of key decisions and action items — the host controls what is shared — plus transcripts you can search across meetings. On privacy, audio is discarded after processing and meeting content is never used to train AI models; data can be hosted in US, EU or APAC regions, with self-hosting on the Enterprise plan. Zoom and Microsoft Teams support are on the roadmap.
