Terrible customer service or lack of access to someone in the company that can help trouble shoot issues.

Pros

I would not recommend this company due to their lack of support. Just a bunch of worthless videos that don't describe the problems or how to fix them

Cons

Zero customer service. don't waste your time or money. Been waiting a week for a returned call from someone in support.
