La herramienta nos ayudó a digitalizar información y modernizar procesos de muchos años atrasados en menos de un mes. El acompañamiento de parte de ellos estuvo siempre presente, y sigue estándolo a 2 años de contratar el servicio. Pros La solución integral que da al sector de RRHH, cuenta con una plataforma ágil y dinámica, que te ayuda a tener la información que el sector requiere en su diaria, de manera fácil. Cons La implementaciones a veces demoran, pero entendemos que es parte de las pruebas para que después el servicio sea eficaz. Buscábamos una solución que nos ayudara a digitalizar nuestros procesos de Recursos Humanos, reducir tareas administrativas y mejorar el cumplimiento documental, y Rokisoft cumplió con esos objetivos. El equipo de soporte responde rápidamente, la plataforma es estable y constantemente incorpora nuevas funcionalidades. Hoy es una herramienta clave para la gestión de legajos laborales, el proceso de contratación de personal y la firma electrónica de documentos. Pros Lo que más nos gustó de Rokisoft fue la posibilidad de centralizar toda la documentación de los colaboradores en un solo lugar. Eliminamos todo el trabajo en papel y el trabajo disperso por distintos sistemas y medios, automatizamos el proceso de ingreso de nuevos empleados y redujimos significativamente el tiempo que Recursos Humanos dedica a solicitar y validar documentos. Minimizamos los errores en cargas de datos dado que no se hace mas de forma manual, evitamos errores en contratos, e incluso incorporar gente con documentación vencida o incorrecta. Además, contar con legajos digitales completos facilita las auditorías y el cumplimiento normativo. Cons No tengo observaciones negativas sobre Rokisoft ya que cubre todas nuestras expectativas.
