See Me Please is an accessibility research user testing platform operating in Australia, the UK, Ireland and the UK. It tests digital products with disabled and diverse users, not just automated scanners, and measures both WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and lived usability, reported as two separate, comparable scores. Every study is run with curated cohorts, including people who are blind, have low vision, are Deaf, are over 65, have limited English, or are neurodivergent, each using their own assistive technology. Findings are classified using See Me Please's friction taxonomy; seven friction types graded across seven severity levels (T0–T6) and reported as two distinct measures: an Accessibility score (against WCAG 2.2 AA) and a Usability score (from observed experience). This dual score lets organisations see where a product is technically compliant yet still hard to use.
