## What is Ordir?

ORDIR is AI-powered legal document software that organizes, classifies, and prepares the documents of a case for electronic court filing. It accepts PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images, emails, and scanned files processed via OCR, standardizing everything into PDFs. ORDIR identifies each document's type by its content, arranges them in court-filing order, and handles tasks such as merging front/back ID pages, consolidating screenshot conversations, and organizing client photos. It compresses oversized files, splits documents when needed, and names each file to court standards (e.g. eproc, PJe). ORDIR flags duplicates, missing documents, and points of attention before export. AI calls run with Zero Data Retention: documents are never stored by the AI provider or used to train models, and originals are automatically deleted after a short retention period. Lawyers review and control every classification and arrangement before submission — nothing is filed automatically.
