Exchango is an off-market commercial real estate marketplace built for 1031 exchange buyers working against the IRS 45/180-day clock. Buyers browse broker-submitted off-market and pre-market listings, with asking price, cap rate, and square footage visible, without creating an account. Property addresses, photos, and diligence documents unlock after a per-deal confidentiality agreement signed through integrated DocuSign workflows. Buyers submit exchange criteria (asset type, markets, price range, lease preferences) and are matched to new inventory as brokers list it. On the sell side, licensed brokers reach verified, deadline-motivated 1031 buyers while confidentiality is preserved until the NDA is signed. Every deal on Exchango is real property, including retail, NNN, and multifamily assets, not Delaware Statutory Trust shares.
