Sternehero is a self-service review management tool for Google reviews. You select non-compliant reviews, confirm the lack of genuine customer contact, and the software handles the technical submission of the report to Google. You report — Google decides on removal. The platform connects to your Google Business Profile, identifies low-rated reviews, and tracks the status of every submission in real time. It also replies to new reviews automatically with AI — with manual approval — so you can respond quickly and professionally to customer feedback. Sternehero uses a credit-based model for report submissions; credits never expire. For agencies, a white-label solution with team roles is available to offer review management as their own service. Sternehero is a software platform, not legal advice. The decision to remove a review is always made by the platform itself.
