It's visually nice, runs smoothly. My volunteers caught on quickly and continued their work. The learning curve was low. It's saved us so much time entering accounts, data, custom reports and credentials! There are so many customizations to meet your needs. I also appreciate the dashboard stats, highlights. Because it's online, we can access it anywhere. Pros I've managed volunteers for over 10 years at different agencies on various platforms; this is by far my favorite. It meets our program's needs through its various customizations and reports and is extremely user friendly for staff and volunteers. Cons With every transition to a new database or platform, it taking time to decide what I want in the new database.
