Updates are constant because Canadian Market and/or North America market is moving fast in the Renewables space. Pros Ability to have sales, customer support, crew & design all in one. Customer service have been consistent and ability to make or update changes with patience & understanding of solar. Cons It's at the early stage of the software. Not exactly a CON but more of a ongoing conversation with the team which have been super helpful. The fact that it is cheaper than the other flagship design softwares with twice as many features makes me ask how its even possible as it seems like its to good to be true - but it absolutely has blown my expectations out of the water. Every month they come out with new features, some of which I suggested they implement and they had it rolled out within a couple days which is AWESOME. Pros I would say my favorite part of Powerlily is how it is a TRUE all-in-one design. Full CRM, a native app for installers and the office, completely customizable proposals...It's got everything. It has saved me tens of thousands of dollars over the past couple years without needing 20 different apps to run my business. Cons Due to the sheer power of the software it does have learning curve to truley encompass all of its features initially. They gave me a full onboarding free of extra charge and are very thorough. What's kept us here is the team — \[sensitive content hidden\] checks in with us regularly, listens to our real-world problems, and turns them into features surprisingly fast. It genuinely feels like the software is being built with us, not just sold to us. :) Pros The design side is strong, and it clearly understands the needs of every role — from sales and design to installation and admin — with plenty of user-friendly and practical functions that fit right into our daily tasks. And every feature we've asked about, right down to small UI tweaks, has been taken seriously and often shipped within days. Cons Some newer features are still being refined, but that's more a sign of how quickly it's evolving. Every update has made it better, not worse.
