## What is Grove?

Grove is the coaching layer for solo health and wellness coaches: everything the coaching relationship needs between sessions, and nothing your practice does not. Clients check in daily in about 30 seconds: a feeling rating, habit yes or no, and an optional note. A missed day is a gap, not a verdict; the loop never punishes, it points to the next step. On the coach side, Grove assembles a “Since Last Session” brief before every call, surfaces which clients need attention today, and tracks habits, goals, and progress you can actually show. Sage, the assistant coach built into Grove, carries the busywork: it drafts session prep and notes, summarizes each client’s week, and answers from that client’s own shared record. It works only from what a client has explicitly shared with the coaching relationship, and you stay the author of every client interaction.
