## What is Wardly?

Wardly is certificate-of-insurance tracking software that automates the collection, verification, and monitoring of subcontractor insurance documents. The software reads ACORD 25 certificates and grades them on an A-through-F scale against customized coverage requirements. Subcontractors upload certificates through a secure link without creating an account. Wardly analyzes documents, assigns compliance grades, flags gaps, and verifies coverage limits, endorsements, and clauses. The software checks general liability, workers' compensation, auto, and umbrella limits against specified minimums. It confirms additional insured endorsements, waiver of subrogation, and primary and non-contributory language. Wardly tracks policy expirations and sends reminders to prevent lapses. The software provides real-time compliance visibility and maintains audit-ready records for each subcontractor.
