Smarter Than AI is a candidate assessment SaaS. Every test is also taken by today's best AI models, so recruiters see exactly where a candidate outperforms the machine. The skills it measures are the ones that still resist AI: abstraction, adapting to uncertainty, emotional intelligence, and sales negotiation. Each test is calibrated against a human panel and against AI agents (48 AI agents and 21 human calibration sessions to date). In practice: the recruiter creates a campaign, picks the skills to assess, and sends candidates a signed link. Each candidate takes their tests online in about 45 minutes. The recruiter receives a comparative report: the candidate's score, and how they rank against other candidates and against the AI models. The platform is available in French and English.
