## What is LoyalsClub?

LoyalsClub is a customer-retention layer for service businesses built on repeat visits - salons, barbershops, spas, clinics, cafes, and gyms. It is not a booking system or a POS replacement: it runs alongside whatever you already use, like Fresha, and adds the retention layer those tools lack. No new hardware. Clients download one shared app (iOS and Android) that works across every participating business - one QR code, points, and rewards. Staff scan the client's QR at checkout on a dedicated scanner app to accrue points or redeem rewards. Owners get a web dashboard: visits, revenue, and returning-client trends, plus a client list sorted by days since last visit, so at-risk regulars surface before they are gone. You set the points rate, perks, and first-visit bonus. Referral invites reward both sides. Private post-visit feedback goes to the owner, not public review sites.
