Ich kann super bequem die Bestellung von unseren Drehwerkzeugen automatisieren. Ohne Händlerbindung. Und das Ganze Schritt für Schritt, sodass ich nicht dazu gezwungen bin, alles auf einmal umzusetzen, oder spezifische, teure Hardware kaufen muss. D.h. ich brauche keine automatisierten Bestellschränke oder sonstige teuren Anschaffungen, einfach ein Smartphone mit Browser reicht. Die Werkzeuge werden von uns in unsere vorhandenen Schränke einsortiert, dann in Repleno eingepflegt (super einfach durch Barcodescan und Automatischer Erstellung der Artikel!) und schon sind sie im System. Das ist im Gegensatz zur händische Recherche/Datenpflege unglaublich zeitsparend. Die Kollegen im Betrieb können dann bei jeder Werkzeugentnahme mit dem Handy schnell den Barcode scannen und ausbuchen, was sie verbrauchen un schon ist alles automatisch im System abgebildet. Für jedes Werkzeug haben wir einen Meldebestand hinterlegt. Sobald der unterschritten ist, gibt's entweder eine Bedarfsmeldung oder es wird automatisch nachbestellt. Damit ist dann immer alles passend da. Sobald die Artikelbeschaffung von "Bedarfsmeldung"(für das manuelle Bestellen per Onlineshop bei den Zulieferern nach täglicher Meldung) von mir auf "Automatisch" umgestellt wird, geht ab dann automatisch eine Emailbestellung an den jeweiligen Zulieferer raus und ich brauche selber nur noch eingreifen, wenn ein Zulieferer nicht liefern kann. Das ist schon echt fantastisch zeitsparend. Für die ca.120 Werkzeuge, die wir jetzt über Repleno laufen haben, würden wir ansonsten 2-4h die Woche durch Absprache/Suchen aufwenden. Jetzt sind es vielleicht 20min. Tendenz sinkend.

Pros

Die Funktion, dass die Artikel durch den Barcodescan quasi automatisch angelegt und mit einer Beschreibung inkl. Foto(!) versehen werden ist echt eine unglaubliche Zeitersparnis. Und das Ganze recht günstig. Ich bezahle pro Firma, nicht pro User. Alle in der Firma können mitarbeiten, ohne dass die Kosten explodieren.

Cons

Repleno ist noch jung und ab und zu muss man sich an kleinere Veränderungen in der grafischen Oberfläche gewöhnen. Meist sind die Änderungen schon Verbesserungen, aber manchmal muss man sich dann neu orientieren.
