## What is OneBookPlus?

OneBookPlus is business management software combining invoicing, CRM, online booking, accounting, and marketing into one platform for web and mobile. It automates GST compliance, ABN validation, and generates ATO-ready tax reports and BAS summaries. GST-compliant invoices can be sent from mobile devices, with automatic payment reminders and one-click quote acceptance. The CRM module organizes client interactions, invoices, bookings, and payments chronologically. Online booking syncs with Google Calendar and sends automated client reminders. The accounting module includes bank feed reconciliation and profit-and-loss reporting. Optional AI add-ons include the AI Companion for overdue payment follow-ups and client re-engagement, and the AI Receptionist for multilingual calls and bookings. The platform processes card payments and Apple Pay, encrypts data, and hosts it in Australia to meet privacy regulations.
