## What is Fixr·OS?

FixrOS is the operating system for community living: the software property managers and homeowner communities use to run their entire operation in one place. Unlike a traditional program that only digitises tasks, FixrOS has Spain's Horizontal Property Law built into its core and artificial intelligence in every module, so the repetitive work —triaging incidents, drafting notices and minutes, reconciling accounts or processing insurance claims— gets done in seconds. It is an ecosystem of five connected products: a web dashboard for the manager, a native mobile app (iOS and Android) for owners, concierges and providers, an insurance-claims portal shared with insurers, brokers and loss adjusters, a marketplace of verified providers and an accounting module. Each of the five profiles works with its own tool on top of the same system. The result: a manager gets tens of hours a week back, and a community stops depending on WhatsApp groups, loose emails and paper to function.
