Set up your materials once — thickness, vinyl, laminate, setup fees, markups — and products price themselves by size × options with quantity breaks. Every quote shows cost, profit and margin % as you build it, so you know you're making money before you hit send. Production runs on a drag-and-drop board with stages you name yourself, and each stage can trigger automations: when an order enters "Proof Sent," the customer automatically gets their approval link. That link needs no login — they review the proof, approve it, and pay the deposit online (card payments via Stripe, straight to your own account). Orders move themselves forward and everyone gets notified.
