GymPoint is all-in-one management software for gyms, boutique studios, CrossFit boxes, martial arts academies, and multi-location operators. It replaces a stack of separate tools with one connected platform: member profiles and attendance, automated recurring billing, class and appointment scheduling with online booking and waitlists, a visual lead-pipeline CRM, a self-service check-in kiosk, point of sale and inventory, and a member portal. What sets GymPoint apart is Pulse AI, built into the core rather than bolted on. It scores every lead 0-100, assigns each member a churn-risk health score with suggested interventions, optimizes failed-payment recovery, and emails a weekly business digest. AI is included on every plan, not locked behind a top tier. GymPoint is also a payment facilitator: it ships a free Poynt smart terminal and processes card-present, online, and Apple Pay transactions, so payments live in one dashboard with no third-party processor.
