Morph

## What is Morph?

Morph is an enterprise code modernization platform from Modelcode that automates migrating codebases from one stack to another, such as upgrading Python 2 to Python 3, Java 8 to Java 21, translating Ada to C++, or moving a legacy framework to a modern one. It connects to your repositories and works through a controlled, human-in-the-loop workflow: you define the modernization goal and configure how the project builds, runs, and tests. Morph analyzes the repositories, documents their architecture, and produces a Project Spec that you review and approve before any code is generated. The migration then runs in milestones, each delivered as a pull request through your standard code review, with functional tests verifying the behavior of each change. Multi-repository projects give each repository a defined role, and coding standards apply across milestones as Rules. Morph is designed to work alongside AI coding agents as a modernization overlay.
