It has a large deck of functionality. Which make it as default choice for working with JSON. You don't need a another tab of chrome once you are at BracketView. Some of the feature which worth highlighting are \* AI Support \* Graph View for JSON schemas \* \_JQ filter \* TS generator. Above are just my favorite there is more to explore. Usually when an application tries to offer buffet functionality they really messup with UI/UX but not in the case of BracketView. BracketView has one most modern and easy to use UI/UX. And One more important thing worth mentioning is Pricing, BracketView has pocket friendly pricing I don't mind to pay less than $3 as dev for a whole year, specially when I know in return I am getting more then my spending. Cons I don't want to be a critic over here as I don't found any such deal breaker in BracketView. There are some minor here and there issues but it usually get's fixed before they really start bothering you as the project is actively managed by the dev/dev team. It eliminates the usual clutter and ads you see on other sites and just gives you a clean workspace. It has definitely speeded up my daily debugging process. Pros What I love most is how fast and straightforward it is. A lot of online JSON formatters get really laggy or crash when you paste in huge payloads, but BracketView handles large datasets smoothly. The layout is super clean, syntax highlighting is easy on the eyes, and collapsing nested nodes makes debugging APIs way easier. Cons Honestly, it does what it's supposed to do really well, but having a built-in dark mode would be a nice touch for late-night coding sessions. Adding conversions to YAML or XML down the road could also be helpful, but for basic JSON viewing, it's solid. Having a suite of developer utilities—including a formatter, validator, and diff tool—consolidated into a single, ad-free workspace saves a lot of time and eliminates the need for tab-hopping or downloading desktop software. Pros The interactive Tree and Graph views make navigating deeply nested structures effortless. The AI JSON Fixer is highly effective for quickly repairing missing commas and common syntax errors automatically. The WebAssembly-powered JQ Filter Playground allows for advanced querying directly in the browser without needing a local setup. It operates entirely client-side, meaning it is privacy-first and data never leaves the device. It includes a robust schema validator and can generate accurate types for over 9 languages, including TypeScript and Python. Cons The Performance Mode needed to keep the editor responsive for large JSON payloads requires upgrading to the paid Pro tier.
