I particularly enjoy the ability to add custom CSS code, and the web app kiosk feature was essential for my setup. Cons The kiosk set-up navigation took some time to understand fully, but once I had explored it for a while it was easy to use. Switched from [VisitUs Reception](https://www.capterra.com/p/164461/VisitUs-Reception/) VisitUs didn't have an auto-reload feature, which caused issues for our system. Alternatives considered [Sign In Solutions](https://www.capterra.com/p/150664/sign-in-solutions/) Reasons for choosing EntryWatch Good value for our charity, and offered the features we required.
