Pros: Great product and very straightforward. Creating accounts was like a step by step thing and helped along the way. Ticket submission was the absolute easiest thing in the world, and on top of that it used actual bing maps to help coordinate drops and pick ups! I was in sales and could put a ticket in there in less than 2 minutes flat.

Cons: Sometimes a little slow and buggy, but 85% of the time is was fine. Sometimes tickets would get lost to but may have been due to dispatch..
