It gets the job done as an attendance app. It would be even better if you could add a feature for writing daily tasks or updates, as well as automatically showing how many hours I still need to complete in a month instead of having to calculate it manually, and adding the app to the App Store so I can work from an iPad. I will be very happy! Pros The app is light and easy to use. I like that I can see how many hours I’ve worked each day, week, and month. It’s really helpful for keeping track of whether I’ve hit my required hours or still need to make up some time. Cons Hmm, not sure if this counts as a con, but I use both Windows and macOS, and when I switch devices during the day, the screenshots won't sync/update to the web, so the section is just empty. The app launched automatically whenever I booted up my Laptop, thus easy to remember to clock in. But the app will close on itself when my laptop goes into sleep mode due to dead battery, and will not relaunch itself again after I turned it on again. If the app can give some notifications or warning that it detected such anomaly, it will be easier to remember that the app is no longer running in the background. Pros Easy to use the app as a non-tech savy person. and easy to track my work hour or check how long I have worked for the week. It saves some screenshot too so sometimes I can also use it for documentation of my own work. Cons The screenshot storage system, in which I have to delete them manually each year to avoid build up. There's also case where the app will stop tracking after 12:00 AM. So if you're still working, you will need to restart the app again, which might cause some lost hours or unsync data. It tracks our working time and makes it easy to show HR or management what we've been working on. This is my first time using a time tracker, but the learning curve wasn't steep and it's very easy to use. Pros We can track our time without feeling like we're under constant surveillance. We can blur all captured screenshots that we don't want to share. And we can submit offline hours in case we forgot to track or are working offline without an internet connection. Cons Since the latest update, we need to open the app manually even when we already check the box to make the app auto-start. We also need to log in after we start the app manually. Back then, the auto-start feature worked perfectly, and we could choose the project and start tracking right away. These 2 steps sometimes make us forget to track cause often we need to work on something immediately. It's a solid, practical tool that just gets the job done. Pros Honestly, Timemoz is really easy to use. the interface is clean and simple, so you don't need much time to figure things out, even if you're not that familiar with HR tools, you can find your way around quickly. what I like most is that it pretty much covers everything we need for attendance, all in one place, so we're not jumping between different tools Cons The one thing I'd love to see improved is the employee filter on the report page. right now, when you pick an employee, their name stays wherever it is in the list, so you end up scrolling or searching again just to check who you already selected or to add someone else. if the selected name automatically moved or pin it to the top, it'd save a lot of time. small thing, but it'd make working with reports a lot smoother.
