Clinical data collection, assessments and treatment plans, session notes, supervision logs and the caregiver portal share one record, so a claim is assembled from signed documentation rather than re-keyed from it. Sentinel, the optional autonomous auditor, reviews each day's notes against documentation controls and drafts corrections your clinicians approve. It never alters a clinical record on its own.
