I'am a clinic owner that providers numerous services such as hormones, weight loss, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, aesthetics, psych, etc. I have been through numerous EHR systems and I can say with confident that Moonshot by far has been the best one yet. The fact that you have someone like Tom that can cater to your clinic needs and help improve not only your teams experience but the patient experience is a big plus. Typically EHRs lack either provider experience or patients experience and when you want to fix a problem that you are experience with workflows within the EHR, they typically can't fix it because its not part of the capabilities of the EHR or they simply can't tailor it for you. Also I want to highlight that Moonshot is a one stop shop, you can have your inventory in one place, consent forms, charting, calendar, CRM, profits analytics, ai interrelations and capabilities. You can communicate with patients, you can communicate with team members, the payment processing experience is great. Automations is huge with moonshot! if you are trying to take your practice to the next levels and need to manage large volumes of patients with follow ups then moonshot is the way to go. 10/10 experience, great team to work with, will not disappoint and its worth the investment. Pros I like that Moonshot can really tailor to your needs. Tom whom is the owner is great and also does his best to paint your vision. He is very detailed oriented and can design a proper workflow for your team. I enjoy being able to login and not struggle to find certain tabs, everything is aesthetically pleasing.
