The dashboard shows only what is due or overdue, and each reminder is cleared in one gesture: postpone to tomorrow, push it a week, or mark it done. A pre-filled email draft opens from the same screen. Put the dedicated address in blind copy, or forward a received message, and the exchange is added to the contact record.
