## What is Vitena?

Vitena is practice management software for independent health and wellness professionals and small clinics: dietitians, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, beauty practitioners and child development specialists. It covers client records, appointment scheduling, session notes, custom forms, a service catalogue with a publishable price list, payment and outstanding-balance tracking, and digital informed consent with electronic signature and a signed PDF archive. Discipline-specific tools include meal planning, dental charting and home exercise programs. Every account also gets a public profile in the Vitena directory, where clients search by discipline, city and language and book online without creating an account first, so your booking page and your calendar are one system. Also included: a client portal and Android app, two-way Google Calendar sync, an interface in seven languages, and EU hosting. Free tier that does not expire; paid plans from EUR 15 per user per month.
