Varias mejoras que vimos en esa área salieron de idas y vueltas con el equipo: escuchan y bajan cambios concretos. Al día de hoy, nuestro staff está muy acostumbrado a su uso y es cada día más intuitivo y facil de usar. Desde mi rol de dirección, es muy amigable al realizar los cierres de período el poder visualizar las notas y comentarios que realizan todos los profesores en sus libretas en una interfaz limpia. En cuánto a los reportes oficiales e indicadores, se generan de forma agil en formato pdf, sencillo para poder imprimir. Desde Trivium han sido muy receptivos en cuanto a mejoras generales sugeridas para la plataforma y para nuestra institución puntual. Mejoras de tipo visual de los documentos generados, mayor sencillez al pasar asistencias, completar boletines e ingresar alumnos. Considero que es una empresa que continúa día a día creciendo junto a nosotros y mediante una comunicación fluida hemos podido sacarle mucho provecho a Trivium como plataforma de gestión educativa. Pros Lo que más me pareció valioso de la experiencia utilizando Trivium estos años fue el soporte técnico y la retroalimentación constante recibida de la empresa. Es una plataforma amigable, fácil de manejar para los que no somos tan expertos en tecnología. Los colores neutros me general cierta calma y me ayudan a visualizar todo mejor. Pros Me encanta pasar la lista y que aparezcan colores y símbolos cuando un niño falta o llega tarde. Es muy positivo poder escribir los resports y que se guarden automáticamente sin tener que darle esa orden al sistema. Que no haya límite de palabras para escribir los reports también es muy bueno. Es muy fácil encontrar los datos de los padres de los alumnos, sobretodo el email que es el dato que más utilizamos. Cons No hay nada de Trivium que no me guste, de las funciones que uso que como maestra que son: pasar la lista todos los días, hacer reports dos veces al año y completar el auxiliar de matrícula esporádicamente. Pero como mamá si tengo una inquietud. Al ser maestra y mamá usuaria de Trivium me está pasando que no puedo leer los reports de mis hijos desde mi usuario de maetsra y no tengo otro usuario para entrar a la plataforma. Por lo tanto los leo desde el usuario de mi marido, que no es grave, pero bueno, podría ser algo a mejorar. I soon got used to it because the different options are clearly stated according my the needs. Pros Customer support. We have always had immediate response. The layout is very clear and friendly. I can read all the teachers remarks at the same time and easily correct any mistake. Cons As Head of School I like it a lot but teachers have been complaining about the amount of steps they need to follow when its time to grade the students and the fact that they can not find the way to have access to previous terms. I, myself, would also like to see at the same time, previous terms of one same student (in two windows at the same time por example). Una vez que el interesado queda registrado en la plataforma, nuestro equipo toma contacto para brindarle la información necesaria y, a partir de allí, comienza el seguimiento del caso dentro del dashboard. A medida que avanza el proceso, vamos trasladando cada lead por las distintas etapas definidas en el CRM, lo que nos permite visualizar de forma clara y permanente en qué estado se encuentra cada interesado y cuáles son los próximos pasos a seguir. El proceso continúa hasta la coordinación de una entrevista, que gestionamos directamente desde la aplicación. La plataforma nos permite agendar la fecha y hora, así como enviar recordatorios tanto al entrevistado como al entrevistador, facilitando la organización y reduciendo la posibilidad de olvidos o inconvenientes. Una vez realizada la entrevista y definida la inscripción, podemos continuar avanzando el caso dentro del mismo flujo hasta concretar al interesado como un nuevo alumno del colegio. Actualmente, cuando un usuario completa un formulario a través de Trivium, es redirigido a una página propia de la plataforma cuya estética visual puede diferir de la identidad y el branding de nuestra organización. Si bien el proceso es funcional, creemos que una mayor posibilidad de personalización de esta instancia —por ejemplo, mediante la incorporación del logo, colores, tipografías y otros elementos propios de la marca— permitiría generar una experiencia más integrada y coherente. La posibilidad de customizar la landing donde se completa el formulario, adaptándola al branding de cada cliente, sería un diferencial interesante. De esta manera, el usuario podría percibir una continuidad visual con el sitio web de la empresa, aun cuando la gestión del formulario se realice a través de Trivium. Por otro lado, consideramos que sería muy valioso que, a futuro, Trivium pudiera incorporar la posibilidad de integrar los distintos canales de contacto dentro del CRM. Por esta razón el cambio me costó pero hoy que ya llevo más de un año con trivium me doy cuenta que no me costó porque trivium era malo si no porque estaba muy acostumbtada a lo otro. Trivium es muy bueno y hoy puede verle muchísimas ventajas. Pros Me gusta que es muy amigable, facil de usar y muy práctico. Toda la información de los alumnos (informes, entrevistas, datos importantes) está en información de personas a lo cual es muy fácil acceder. La lista ha mejorado mucho y ahora está muy bien armada. Cuando el niño falta queda marcado en otro color y eso me permite identificar fácilmente cuántos son. Por otro lado, hacer los boletines en trivium es un placer. Podés hacerlos por materia o por alumno, lo que te quede mejor. Además podes ver todo el boletín mientras lo escribís que está muy bueno. Cons En un primer momento habían varios detalles a la hora de hacer reports que hacian la tear mas tediosa pero lo fueron mejorano. Algo que me gustaría es no tener que confirmar cada report que ternino, que sea automática la confirmación o que haya un botón que te permita confirmar todos. Pros Lo más significante de esta plataforma es que sentimos que detrás de la herramienta hay un equipo que escucha, acompaña y entiende la realidad de las instituciones educativas. Desde su implementación, hemos contado con un acompañamiento cercano que nos permitió adaptar y adecuar la plataforma a nuestras necesidades, siempre con una mirada abierta a las oportunidades de mejora. Otro aspecto relevante es que valoramos especialmente el esfuerzo por simplificar y optimizar los tiempos de los docentes, particularmente en la carga y gestión de evaluaciones. También destacamos su capacidad para transformar los datos en información significativa, permitiéndonos identificar tendencias, indicadores y aspectos relevantes de los procesos de aprendizaje de nuestros estudiantes. Once you become familiar with the platform and set up the filters you need, it is intuitive, fast and easy to navigate. I particularly value the fact that I can access previous grades and reports, as this makes monitoring students’ progress much more practical. There is still room for improvement in terms of saving and confirming changes, but overall it is a reliable and user-friendly platform for managing academic information. Pros Trivium is quite intuitive and, once you get the filters set up, it becomes very easy to use. I also really appreciate how smooth and responsive the platform is — it doesn’t freeze or slow down, even when working with a lot of information. Another very useful feature is being able to access previous reports and grades, which makes it much easier to keep track of students’ progress and review their academic history Cons One thing that can be frustrating is the need to confirm certain actions. Sometimes it is easy to forget to confirm a change, and then the information you have entered or modified can be lost. It would be helpful if there were clearer reminders or an automatic save option to prevent this from happening. I pretty much do not think about it, because using it became seamless. Pros Once I learned how to use it, it is very responsive and saves me time. It allows me to do everyday tasks while I am starting the class without disturbing it. Cons Feedback and suggestions from users is needed to be more accounted for, because they are the one reliable source of information for bettering the product.
