Pros: very easy to navigate

Cons: getting corrections and enhancements worked on.

Overall: The program itself is very easy to learn and use. I have several things that need fixed and serveral enhancements that I need done. They have a part time programmer that takes months and years to get requirements completed.

Recommendations to other buyers: get a full-time programmer

Comments: Jerry and Ginny have truly put something amazing together when they made WizTix. The program is extremely easy to use! Inputting events is a breeze, selling tickets is click away, and the multiple reports you can print and see is truly useful.

If there ever is a hiccup, Wiztix customer service is top notch. You don't get a voice automated system, you get a person on the other line ready and willing to solve your issues.

I've worked with other systems and online ticketing programs, but Wiztix is hands down the best bang for your buck.

Comments: The Marin Ross Performing Arts Center here in Albert Lea MN has been using the WizTix ticketing system for the third year now. It has been everything we hoped it would be. It is very user friendly and makes all the book keeping super easy.
The problems we have encountered are relatively few. The times we have had issues they have been resolved in a very timely manner. Jerry and the office are just a phone call away and are always anxious to help!!
