From the time I booked our first meeting, timeframe was established and everything was ontime and on budget.

They were outstanding to work with, they set expectations on timelines and mett them,

Cons

Really not much- at all- if anything it was you needed to scheduled a call but overall that was the best way to meet and discuss issues & concerns.

I have been an Information Technology (IT) Director for most of my professional career, working across a wide array of enterprise and operational systems in multiple environments. Part of that experience includes time spent at a world-class, five-star resort in Florida, where customer service is exceptional across every component of the organization. That combination of broad technical leadership and high service hospitality has given me a very high standard for both technology platforms and the teams that support them. Since initially working with OwnerRez, I have been very impressed. From an IT professional’s perspective, the consistently designed user interface makes the system almost self-explanatory. Workflows are logical, intuitive, and cohesive, allowing users to become productive quickly without sacrificing depth or control. By leveraging OwnerRez's built-in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, I successfully implemented the system for a single property in less than a month. For a platform of this scope and flexibility, that timeline is exceptional. Equally, if not more important, are the people behind the software. Every support request I have submitted has received timely responses, and the support team has consistently been knowledgeable, helpful, provided options, and genuinely pleasant to work with. That level of reliability and professionalism is critical during both implementation and ongoing operations, when my focus must be on guests, not on administrative functions. Overall, the consistency in everything OwnerRez does clearly stands out. The system works that it is important and their pricing it is competitive something that I appreciate but the system needs a lot of improvement

Cons

I would love to get hear by OwnerRez. We have problems because we can't get response from customer support. They are telling us that the problem is our something that it is not and every time we need something we got no answer. I would like to SPEAK with them but they don't even provide a phone number to users ( you can imagine) , also many promised things are not complete . I would like to tell all of this directly to them but it is impossible. Maybe once you put this kind of " reviews" they can hear you

I signed up to prevent double bookings but learned quickly that they had a lot more to offer. Their staff is very helpful.

In the beginning it can be confusing because of the amount of things they offer. But their training and support is great.

We are a large rental agency, over 200 properties, with a very unique market. The ease of use, streamlining of former mundane tasks, customization, reporting, Help articles for DIY fixes, expert support when you tap-out and give up the DIY approach and much more make OR the best business decision we've made in longtime.

Pros

Founded by Short Term Rentals Hosts, they know how to build a product that performs as needed. OR is a time saver, a valuable tool, and a necessity for a Property Manager or Rental Agency!! We love the reporting, easy API connections, central inbox, bulk statement generation, desktop and mobile use, owner's portal, and more.

Cons

Easily the biggest con for us is that we didn't switch to OR sooner. From the minute we switched we wished we'd done it years before.

With such terrific support and a terrific product I would say its been terrific. \[sensitive content hidden\] encouraged me to just take one step at a time..... so i am trying to do that. \[sensitive content hidden\] was so patient and walked me through everything so it was set up well. It is very rare to find this based on my experiences!

Pros

After trying a year with Lodgify and a few months with Hospitable I was ready to skip PMS's all together. OR thinks of everything! There is a lot to know but the support is so helpful and encouraging unlike any of the others i worked with! ALso, it is less expensive!

Cons

The amount of information to learn~ the capabilities are so incredible but its overwhelming to learn it all.

It has been a fantastic experience! I love everything that you can do with this system - down to the smallest detail! I appreciate the hand holding while users are getting up to speed on each specific area throughout the site. Its a genius tool and its worth every penny!

Pros

OwnerRez is such a fantastic system that streamlines and makes my job so much easier. The staff support is the best I have seen! When I ask questions or need assistance they are always so quick to respond and help! Even after a few messages back and forth they are still so kind and gracious while I am learning and trying to understand the process! Every single host has gone above and beyond to help me through this adjustment!

Cons

I wish there was a phone app for this site - I do feel like I need to lean on the Airbnb/VRBO notifications in order to stay up on the guest communications - I don't want to miss anything so until I can make sure it's all covered then I cannot full let go of the other platforms!

Pros

The customer service when there is a question or issue I cannot resolve on my own. Their response time is fast and instructions to resolve an issue are easy to follow.

Cons

While Owner Rez provides videos and a "Help" section to their dashboard, sometimes it's difficult to find solutions to an issue on my own.

My overall experience has been great. Now that the growing pains are mostly behind me I am able to manage my listings.

Pros

I love that it’s very robust and has a ton of features that many other PMS systems do not. They also integrate in with more than any other PMS.

Cons

The worst thing about OwnerRez is the learning curve. It was extremely difficult getting started with them. Even though they did offer one on one training. It took me a few of them and many hours to get the hang of it.

Customer service is exceptional. When I have a question I get an answer within a day, and they'll follow up again a few days later to make sure all is good. The have webinars often as well for extra help and information.

Pros

OwnerRez is so easy to use and keeps everything I need to manage my property all in one place.

I have yet to find anything I dislike about OwnerRez.

We have over 110 Furnished Monthly Beach Rentals in Los Angeles and Ownerrez is able to handle them all with ease. We will never use another service. How versatile and customizable their service is. They have a feature for literally everything you can think of.

I highly recommend OwnerRez to people when given the opportunity, as it has helped streamline and automate our business. Also, you are able to run a wide variety of reports.

Pros

Excellent and customizable product and functions for managing our STR. If I ever have a question or a need, their tech support is stellar. They are patient and thorough. There is a setting for automatic good reviews and delayed reviews, which can be helpful if you've had a problem guest. It syncs well with Airbnb and other platforms, so you can manage your listing from one place. Also, you can have a dedicated website through them, as well as integrate your smart locks and send custom lock codes to your guests.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons in the 2-3 years I've used OwnerRez. It takes a while to learn everything, but that's because there is so much you can do with it.

100 out of 100. I am loving my new toy. This software is so user intuitive. I feel like a top 1% host all the sudden, just needed the right club in the bag.

Pros

I can integrate all the OTA channels into one platform. In the past I was struggling to update VRBO then Airbnb, it was a mess.

Cons

There is a bit of set up at the beginning but the team is amazing. I kept asking if the amount of time they were spending with me was normal, you want to talk aboout above and beyond.

Pros

There are lots of options for customizing my marketing, pricing etc and the customer service is amazing.

Cons

There may be too many options - it can get confusing, but customer service is very responsive. I have tried to get friends on it, but it is intimidating at first glance so they resist.

Cons

It takes time to learn how to utilize the platform optimally. There is no continuous chat option within the platform if a guest makes a direct booking.

My experience with OwnerRez has been positive. I have found the help I received from Adrielle to be excellent (give her a raise!). So much so, that I asked for her on my additional properties.

Pros

I love that OwnerRez is so robust and offers the opportunity to more easily manage bookings, communications, and pretty much everything I need regarding our vacation rental properties. I also loved that I could pay ownerrez and get a person through proconnect (Adrielle) who was very knowledgeable to help me get the property set up without making any mistakes or forgetting important things. She was so knowledgable about OwnerRez and also about the typical procedures, expectations, and mindset on how to run a vacation rental. I give Adrielle 10 stars. I work a couple different jobs and she kept me on track.

Cons

Sometimes help articles are not as easy to locate. Sometimes this is due to the fact I don't know the name of the functional feature I am looking for. Maybe my fault but there is a lot to learn. Would love to see a bootcamp virtual training regularly built on the rollout of new features and addressing some of the more difficult processes or questions.

OwnerRez is the heartbeat of my small business. The integration capabilities cover every aspect of my vacation rental business. OwnerRez's technical expertise and efficiency allows my business to run seamlessly.

I would love if they had a person on staff or maybe a software capability to assist with the Quickbooks integration.

FABULOUS!! They took the time to make sure I understood how to use all the options and then verify you set them up correctly.

Pros

Owner Rez provides everything you need to run your short term rental from the automatic triggers to communicate with your guests to the BEST onboarding team that will spend all the time it takes to help you understand and set up your account to make sure everything is running properly!

Cons

The only downside (if you can call it that). They provide you with so many options that it can be a little overwhelming.

The system is very powerful and does way more than I expected. So the onboarding process is very helpful to getting started. I'm very happy with my choice to go with OwnerRez for my STR listings and direct booking.

OwnerRez is very powerful. I feel like they have a solution for everything. But it takes time and patience to learn the system.
