The software itself is incredibly powerful. The level of automation, integration, customization, and detail it offers allows me to create a true guest experience — not just manage bookings. From guest communication and smart lock integrations to custom financial reporting for my CPA, OwnerRez has the flexibility to truly fit the way my business operates instead of forcing me into a typical cookie-cutter system. But what truly sets OwnerRez apart is the customer service. Their support team is honestly unmatched. Anytime I have had an issue, felt overwhelmed, needed help onboarding units, fixing error codes, customizing reports, or learning new features, they have always been there. Fast responses, patient guidance, video calls, direct help with my CPA — they consistently go above and beyond without nickel-and-diming for support. I have never received a bill from them for help! It's taken my direct bookings to the next level as I also host my own websites through OwnerRez. The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection & travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens. It pays for itself as I add a nominal up-charge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both OR and hosting my direct booking websites. Cons Sometimes finding the location to tweak something isn't intuitive, but I have no true complaints about OwnerRez. I have found the help I received from Adrielle to be excellent (give her a raise!). So much so, that I asked for her on my additional properties. Pros I love that OwnerRez is so robust and offers the opportunity to more easily manage bookings, communications, and pretty much everything I need regarding our vacation rental properties. I also loved that I could pay ownerrez and get a person through proconnect (Adrielle) who was very knowledgeable to help me get the property set up without making any mistakes or forgetting important things. She was so knowledgable about OwnerRez and also about the typical procedures, expectations, and mindset on how to run a vacation rental. I give Adrielle 10 stars. I work a couple different jobs and she kept me on track. Cons Sometimes help articles are not as easy to locate. Sometimes this is due to the fact I don't know the name of the functional feature I am looking for. Maybe my fault but there is a lot to learn. Would love to see a bootcamp virtual training regularly built on the rollout of new features and addressing some of the more difficult processes or questions.
