I no longer spend hours trying to track reservations, payments, communications etc. The feature to notify 3rd parties (caretaker/cleaner) is a timesaver, along with the different calendar views, auto generated emails to guests and so much more. While the major listing sites have awkwardly stumbled from one hand-tying feature to the next, the OwnerRez team has stayed true to being vendor agnostic, fast, lightweight and versatile. We added our second in 2012 and having tow would have been impossible without the single pane of glass that OwnerRez offers. Some of the booking sites are trying to add features to emulate OwnerRez, but they pale by comparison. Also the customer service is outstanding. It has a nice, clean UI. Cons Although it has a good UI, there are always problems, and there are occasionally buttons or features that I don't need as much that clutter things.
