It's taken my direct bookings to the next level as I also host my own websites through OwnerRez. The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection & travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens. It pays for itself as I add a nominal up-charge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both OR and hosting my direct booking websites. Cons Sometimes finding the location to tweak something isn't intuitive, but I have no true complaints about OwnerRez.
