Easy interface and wide selection of categories and its awesome feature of conversion and retention has just made me a big fan of this software. I will definetly recommend this software to any new start up business as well as the established ones to use it. Pros PDF Library is one feature rich software for all type of business sizes, from small start-ups to big employee sizes firms. Below are the quick key features that are mostly used by the users and the ones that will excite the new users. Wide Range of PDF Library : It has a wide range of content with regards to various categories File Conversion : This is the most sophisticated feature of the software. You will find yourself using it more than often because of fast and speedy conversion of files. User friendly interface : This is one of the software where one does not need to go through multiple setup and user manuals to get yourself equipped to use it. You can start doing the your tasks as soon as you start using the software. Businesses can save lot of time as they do not have to spend it training the employees. Archiving and Retention : Your files are secured and backed up categorically so one doesn't have to worry about loosing the files. Cons There are very few things that I can say is something I am not fond of about this software. Though it is the best software that you will find in this category, it does fall under on a little expensive side. But the investment is worth it for business having good ROI. Originally when I was recommended the program, it was for companies and employees, but even if it's just for personal use, since I am a student this has come in handy on numerous occasions! Pros As a medical student, professors will often send varying documents that require both adjustment and easy sending. The problem with this is sometimes a .pdf will be sent when notes will need to be added, or an excel spreadsheet will have trouble printing and not be formatted the way we need to be able to analyze data. This software is great for both converting existing documents to .pdf's for easy sending, as well as editing .pdf's (which is normally a huge hassle since the software already present on MacBooks to edit .pdf's don't have a large number of options for the heavy-note taking). Cons For large files, it would take some time with an overheating laptop (however, I was putting some fairly large pdf's into the system to have notes added onto it, so it was definitely not unreasonable!
