Glasscubes are constantly updating the service and improving on the features. Pros Glasscubes is an effective and easy to use tool for both accountants and clients. It eliminated the need for excel request lists and back and forth emailing between me and my clients. The interface is clean and can be formatted for complex request lists meaning information can be displayed in a meaningful way. Cons I wish that Glasscubes used a portal service for the clients instead of an email link, this would be even easier for the client to use and save hassle. Pros File management system and opportunity to work with documents online. Also, I like how the system is built in a user-friendly way. Cons I do not like when documents are locked because someone else has them open or is working on them. I guess a module for multi-user and simultaneous work should be in place. Pros Glasscubes is a fantastic data collection tool for us, allowing us to send information requests out to our clients and it even sends automated reminders that can be scheduled as frequent as you like- I would highly recommend to all businesses. Cons Not so much a Con per say, more so me forgetting to mark a task as completed and verified - therefore reminders kept being sent to clients even though the action was completed. Glasscubes is a simple and cost-effective way for me to manage documents/files with external vendors. I also find it more reliable as a sharing tool with external project team members than Sharepoint or other file-sharing options. With other options I usually receive a number of emails from colleagues asking for access to be "fixed" or re-sent. With Glasscubes there have been no access problems or questions about how to use the features. The tools for admin oversight are easy to use but powerful. There was no pressure with the sales experience and the technical support has been excellent. Pros Easy and fast to set up without any technical expertise needed; although support is available if it is wanted. Intuitive to use. Responsive technical support with a named person for consistency; but also lots of FAQ/training documents are easily available. Cons The option to use the "Tasks" function for timeline management is an excellent extra feature within the project team/workspace but is not set up as a reporting tool. Switched from [Microsoft SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/1167/SharePoint/) Found MS Sharepoint to be not reliable. December 4, 2025 4.0 In my short time as an auditor, I have had an overall positive experience with Glasscubes in comparison to other alternatives in the market. This is purely down to how easy it is to use, and creating requests for clients is both efficient and provides everything you need to get the information required. Pros Glasscubes has provided a useful alternative to client relations that has helped auditing become much more enjoyable. With a great user interface that isn't overly complicated, it simply does what it says on the tin, and does it well. Cons At first, it did take me a little while to navigate around the interface, however this was most likely due to me being new to auditing. However, to provide some constructive criticism, I would suggest Glasscubes provides a few little tutorial videos/messages so that new users can get used to the service as quickly as possible. We can rely on the product and it is an integral system in our day to day working with other Universities and schools in the region that our project supports. We have always appreciated the discount as a small project budgets are cut year on year. Cons I need to Audit our workspaces to see when each workspace last had a document uploaded and the current export only shows up to a certain number of uploads that dates back to 22.
