I have enjoyed it, as I stated before Doc.ument sharing was really helpful as well as being able to download and edit documents that I recently has submitted. Later saw an error and needed to correct it. It was easy to download, correct it and replace it.

Cons

I am in 2 different study groups in glass cubes, one flows really nicely but the other does not. It is not clear how to see the comment.

Excellent so far. All my queries answered by email and in the internal chat promptly and teams meeting and demos available whenever requested.

Pros

Intuitive, easy to use software. Great support and access to Glasscubes staff, with senior and knowledgeable staff leading the demos of the key features.

Cons

Hard to visualise the dashboard and how it works until it is populated with your own information, could have populated demo versions to help .

Generally a useful shared team platform. Easy to navigate around the different elements, share files and so on.

Pros

Easy to navigate between different working teams. The threaded conversations feature is useful and generally easy to navigate.

Takes a little while to get the hang of the document editing in-browser/out-browser, but not too long.

We have had an overall positive experience with Glasscubes - it is very user friendly and the support team are very easy to deal with, answering any queries efficiently.

Pros

Glasscubes is a fantastic data collection tool for us, allowing us to send information requests out to our clients and it even sends automated reminders that can be scheduled as frequent as you like- I would highly recommend to all businesses.

Cons

Not so much a Con per say, more so me forgetting to mark a task as completed and verified - therefore reminders kept being sent to clients even though the action was completed.

Overall Glasscubes is easy to use and the clients love the Forms we send as they are user friendly and the 2FA works well for us.

Pros

The Forms are great and easy to create. You do not need any technical knowledge to create them. The multiple options and workflows are amazing.

Cons

You are a bit limited with the basic HTML coding for Workspace layout. The basic layout using the Wizard works fine though.

Great, very good customer services when issues arise, really easy to use, easy to use for clients, good ability to talk to clients through it,

Easy to follow and understand what is outstanding, ease of use, clear client communication, files rarely corrupt when uploaded

Cons

update email's aren't always clear where they have submitted stuff, the original upload links get lost on client emails sometimes

I consider Glasscubes as a user-friendly digital workspace with lots of opportunities to work together on a project with other teams.

Pros

File management system and opportunity to work with documents online. Also, I like how the system is built in a user-friendly way.

Cons

I do not like when documents are locked because someone else has them open or is working on them. I guess a module for multi-user and simultaneous work should be in place.

Very good! Biggest frustrations are when these types of platforms have tech issues and I have not had a problem yet

I have not had issues. It's not a particularly sleek or polished platform but it does the job so not complaints

A good experience overall and it has enhanced productivity. An excellent time saver as you can simply search client name and see exactly where things were left.

Pros

You can track internal workflows with colleagues. You can respond to clients quickly. You can pick up where you left off very easily.

Cons

Getting the system to not email clients by toggling submitted and verified buttons can be tricky at first.
