Pros: Our sales team was able to easily get on board with using the software after a 1 hour training course. The sales data is in real time, and there are so many ways to modify the reports depending on what your needs are. The sales team is very happy with this product and they have not communicated any complaints to the admin office.

Cons: At first it was a little confusing trying to get used to the look and feel of the program but overall everyone has been very pleased, from Finance to Sales.

Overall: In the past, the sales team had to wait until the end of the month to receive a Crystal report of their sales data. Now, when they visit a customer or broker, they can pull real time information pertaining to that specific customer on their laptop. It helps them have more meaningful discussions with customers. And our customers are happy to see our sales team with better tools to analyze sales trends.
