We then went to another EMR system, but had a horrible experience onboarding and they did not deliver on what they said they would. Sadly, the company never has anyone available to answer questions, complaints or issues when the system goes down. After recommending this software to other colleagues, they have either run from it or tried it and moved on. Pros Affordable and fairly easy to use with lots of features.
