Reasons for choosing OfficePro

EMR went out of business. We then went to another EMR system, but had a horrible experience onboarding and they did not deliver on what they said they would. Naturaesoft made the transition pretty seamless and have kept their word and did what they said they would do.

This product is run by a very pleasant and knowledgable physician with the best intentions. Sadly, the company never has anyone available to answer questions, complaints or issues when the system goes down. As a long time customer I have have tried to address this issue on more than one occasion and now it seems I just get blown off. After recommending this software to other colleagues, they have either run from it or tried it and moved on.

Pros

Affordable and fairly easy to use with lots of features.

Cons

Apparently, you get what you pay for. Customer service is non-existent!
