Understanding the IT-structure in my own way and have the knowledge and experience in what way any change/customization can impact our data and daily work. **Pros:** EHS Insight is flexible in customizations. The support team responds very swiftly and they also indicate when you change something, what the impacts will be. **Cons:** EHS Insight does not support all configurations when prioritized customizations are needed in a very short time.
