This software makes it very simple to run with a team that aren't familiar with alternatives. Pros Easy worship, as in the name, is a very easy to use and user friendly worship presentation software. Extremely easy for volunteers to be able to use. Cons With the extreme ease of use, there comes a very low level of flexibility. Easyworship runs pretty much every file type we could ever use. We can quickly format and reformat our slides. We've been running Easyworship for more than 10 years, and I'm having a hard time thinking of anything we've asked it to do that it couldn't. And in those circumstances, I could just ask their tech support for advice, and get it quickly. It's pretty much the perfect tool for our church. Pros It really is easy. We're a medium-sized church in a rural area, and I know that if I were ever in a pinch, I could train a church member in about 15 minutes to effectively follow a worship service. Cons We're also not trying to do anything fancy. I've been told that other tools do some more advanced operations, but I'm not worried about that. Easyworship does what we need it to do. Of course, it would be nice to have someone on speed dial at 9 AM on a Sunday morning but, since that's not possible, I appreciate the fact that I get a timely response. Pros I find it pretty intuitive and it is easy for new folks in the tech booth to use. Of course, some of the nuances of the program take a while but I find it much easier to get folks up to speed with EasyWorship than with ProPresenter, for instance. Cons Under media, I wish I had the option to make images (not videos) be at the top of the list. It's a small thing .....but being able to reorder those items would be nice. The layout of the program is easy to understand and the image on the wall is easy to see. We're very happy with it. Pros I find the staff at Easy Worship so nice to deal with. \[sensitive content hidden\], the technician I dealt with today was so helpful. Using Easy Worship is just that -- easy! People at our church who are learning to use it find that it takes a very short time to become comfortable with it. It looks good on the wall and I love the way we can put images behind he words. Cons I can't think of anything we didn't like about Easy Worship. If there was anything I'd like to see is that the upgrades could happen automatically from the company rather than me having to physically download but that's just for my convenience. Pros EasyWorship allows less experienced users to create and use basic slides for worship, and provides tools and guidance that facilitate increased refinement and improved appearance to the slides used during worship. Images can be imported from the web if the included images don’t fill a need. Song lyrics can be imported from CCLI or other sources as needed. Multiple Bible translations are available to include in worship. PowerPoint stacks can be imported easily. Cons Although not cheap, it is a good value for the money. Pros I have found the tutorials excellent however when I hit a problem customer support solved it quickly. Can change worship hymns within seconds if required. Cons I am not tech savvy so having a chat option is excellent, however it is only available in USA business hours which doesn’t suit me in Scotland, UK. I recently worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] who was great in helping me. Pros EasyWorship is very user friendly and makes scheduling your service easy. It allows you to move things around in the schedule, you can add notes that help when ordering the service and being able to look at your order at a glance. You can easily navigate back and forth on slide during the preview of things that are ready for "Go Live". Cons I would like to be able to move things that are in either media or images into collection folders and once you've done that they don't remain in the general video or image folders.
