Treasurer Religious Institutions Used the software for: 2+ years ### "EasyWorship - A Great Worship Tool" April 6, 2026 5.0 I've been using EasyWorship for many years and one of things that I find helpful is when I do have an issue with the software that I'm able to go to EasyWorship and create a support ticket and know that I'm going to receive a response within a good time frame and that they work with me until the issue/concern has been resolved. I recently worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] who was great in helping me. Pros EasyWorship is very user friendly and makes scheduling your service easy. It allows you to move things around in the schedule, you can add notes that help when ordering the service and being able to look at your order at a glance. You can easily navigate back and forth on slide during the preview of things that are ready for "Go Live". Cons I would like to be able to move things that are in either media or images into collection folders and once you've done that they don't remain in the general video or image folders. They are patient, and I appreciate being able to solve issues over the phone instead of purely a ticket or email based system. Pros The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn. The interface between Song Select and EasyWorship is a great benefit. Cons Cloud storage and remote access/service building across multiple devices or a collaboration feature would be helpful. This sounds like this is in the works. Technical team lead Non-Profit Organization Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good Price, good features but signifiant problems " December 9, 2018 3.0 I've been using this software since Dec 2014. Then, the version was "Easy Worship 2009". It was a great product at a great price. But EW redesigned the product to add more features, called it "Easy Worship 6". It was full of bugs and lacked many features many people loved in EW2009, "checking for changes" and basic "copy/paste/undo" commands. The new features of EW6 was the creation of "themes". Nice, but not necessary. I endured EW6 and the many patches. It became stable in Dec 2017 and they brought back "check for changes". However, in late 2017, they decided to make the product subscription based. We decided to go with an annual subscription in June 2018. The product has been working great, allowing me to mix PowerPoint, EW7 created choruses, scripture, video and even web pages. Then sometime betw 11/24/18 and 12/01/18, the product stopped working. EW7 believed I was not an active subscriber even after both EW staff and myself verified our registration. Support was not very helpful. They asked the standard questions - did you receive an update from Windows or any other product? Can you restore your computer to a point in time when EW7 was working? Seriously? Finally, support pushed a beta copy of the next release to me and EW7 worked again. 3 days later, the same problem re-occurred. It has not been resolved. Pros 1\. It was the most feature-rich product for the price. Now, the product has too many bugs to consider it "reasonably priced". 2. I liked the "check for changes" options as it allows multiple people to contribute to a worship schedule. However, you have to manually start it. It used to be automatic. 3. I like how you can import PowerPoint presentations with all the basic PowerPoint controls. 4. I like how well you can mix audio, PowerPoint and EW7 created media in the same schedule. Cons 1\. Support is average. They believe the only way to solve a problem is to login to your computer and take control, not acceptable. 2. You can't export the text of anything you create in EW7. So, if you create 200+ songs in EW7 you can't port them to somewhere else. All you can do is export a list of songs or open each song and copy all the text. 3. Even after multiple releases of EW6 and EW7, PowerPoint presentations will sometimes stop working. The PP slides turn black and instead of seeing 12 separate slides, you only see 1 black slide. 4. If you resize the Application screen, EW7 will not remember how you sized the panels the next time you start it up. 5. You can run an audio travt in the background while you display a video or image file. This particular update had an issue with a white screen popping us when searching the Online SongSelect after the first song. I sent for a support ticket and received a quick response from \[sensitive content hidden\]. He suggested a process to try which didn't work. He quickly responded with another suggestion which I waited on. To my surprise, within a day or two the EW team came up with another update which totally fixed my problem. It can't get any better than that! Pros It is user friendly with lots of features to cover the basis of lyrics, scripture, backgrounds, Power point presentations and videos. We are a small church so I love the layered cost for affordability. Their customer support is outstanding. Cons There is certain places during a presentation I wish I could put in a camera feed versus having to pulling it from the schedule. I can train someone to use EasyWorship in a matter of minutes, even folks who would consider themselves not tech-savvy! Pros The user layout just makes sense! Left to right: Schedule, Queue, Live! We read left to right, so it’s a no-brainer! Making changes on the fly or while a service is underway is simple! Applying changing themes to a song is simple, too! Just drag and drop! Done! Songs; Videos; Audio; PowerPoint and EasyWorship Presentations can all be used within one schedule. EasyWorship provide excellent training material and Customer Service. Any problems using the package are promptly explained. The service is Excellent. Using EasyWorship enhances our Worship Experience. Pros This is a quality product that allows us to seamlessly present a variety of media during our church services. Cons We have no negative remarks about using EasyWorship. Everything works well and the Customer Support is excellent with online training videos. You can contact Customer Support directly too and always get a quick relevant response. August 10, 2026 5.0 I've worked with other worship projection platforms for almost 20 years now but recently was introduced to EasyWorship (EW) for the first time. In general, I found that EW provides all the critical features as well as or better than more expensive applications that I've used in the past. It's generally pretty intuitive but once you've watched the tutorial videos, anyone can pick it very quickly. As I was trying to learn/navigate on my own, a few different questions came up that I shot over to Support and they were quick and effective in responding. One of them even offered to get on a call to answer any other questions which is not common but greatly appreciated. There are other products on the market that handle additional parts of the church management but if you're just looking for a simple, effective way to deal with projection, you should give EasyWorship a try - I'm sure you'll be happy you did! Pros Simple to setup, full featured, resource rich including multiple free scripture translations, very reasonably priced, handles multiple displays and live, effective technical support. Cons I might have just missed it but I haven't seen any integrations to church management platforms. October 15, 2025 5.0 We have been happy EasyWorship customers for over 10 years. They continue to roll out updates to keep with the technology that is developing around them. Pros The EasyWorship presentation software has grown with as a church as we have grown. We started with a single screen, added a rear screen for stage display, then added a third screen for our live stream. We even have played around a bit with and NDI broadcast. It seems to be able to adapt to any church setup. EasyWorship is a very affordable solution for churches of any size, but it's biggest selling point is the graphic interface. The drag and drop editor is intuitive and appealing to the eye. There are multiple options for how to format the main screen, so you can see exactly what you need to. Cons In general, the software plays well with others. It has it's own presentation builder, but users are also able to import premade presentations from powerpoint. The scaling can be a little finicky, so the setting take some time to get adjusted just right. Occasionally, when imbedding video files into a PPT, the audio beings playing on the wrong slide. We have yet to determine if that is an EasyWorship problem, or a PPT constantly updating problem. Pros We have used EasyWorship (easyworship.com) since founding our church in September 2010, so 15 years of very satisfied use, with never a reason to look elsewhere for an alternative worship software program or company. We initially purchased EW 6 and now subscribe to EW 7. The resources at our disposal enable creating a worship service which is attractive, edifying, and glorifies God.
