### "Just like the name: EASY Worship"

EasyWorship is a very practical presentation software and the more I use it - even after using it for some time now, I'm still learning sweet tweaks in our presentations.

Pros

Using this software weekly for our worship presentation, the ease of use has been remarkably smooth. So smooth - that when suggesting training others should I not be available on any particular Sunday, don't think it necessary to be trained - they think they can just jump on and run it - great concept, but not practical - it's SOFTWARE! :-/ BTW - we are a church plant with 50-200 attendees. We have no employees, but I had no options that were applicable when completing this form. We actually have no employees - not even me. :-)

Cons

It would be incredibly beneficial if we were able to use the cloud to transfer schedules, themes, song edits, database changes rather than always needing to use a thumb-drive. However - as incredibly beneficial this would be, it's not a deal-breaker at this time.

### "Great Product for Church Presentations"

I previously used Easy Worship for a previous church and had great experiences with this app. But after changing churches, and seeing that the children’s ministry had nothing, I instantly thought of Easy Worship. There were some major changes to the app that is now subscription based vs the app that was perpetual, and after I figured out the differences (slight learning curve), I think the app is really good. I think they should have kept a couple of the easier interfaces, but I understand what they were trying to do with these upgrades. Overall, strongly recommend this product for churches who are looking to have a very simple approach for presenting lyrics for the congregation to sing along.

Pros

### "EXCELLENT PROGRAM"

1\. The 2nd monitor has to be (sometimes) set up manually. Not every user understands how to set up a 2nd monitor. 2. The presentation font does not resize based on the output screen size. After a whole night of creating a Presentation file in EW, I would have to resize it manually when showing it live despite my effort to use the 'automatic' font sizing. 3. We can't upgrade the version without paying more, so we are just stuck to our own version. OVERALL, I love this product. especially when I need a song and just need to click it out. It feels enjoyable.

Pros

It is only a couple of clicks away to show a slide or song, with a lot of integrations (Bibles, Media and Presentation File). Not to mention, the Nursery and Alert that help during a worship.

Cons

I dislike it when: The presentation File font does not resize based on the output screen size. After a whole night of creating a Presentation file in EW, I would have to resize it manually when showing it live despite my effort to use the 'automatic' font sizing.

Pros

It's a huge step up from running screen content from Powerpoint, and handles the basic needs of getting lyrics, notes and scriptures up on screens.

Cons

Easy Worship still gets the job done... That said, there are other products out there that are more advanced than EasyWorship. If you're starting from scratch, I'd recommend another product like ProPresenter. If you're already up and running with EasyWorship and working for you, then it may give you all the features you'd need for the job.

We loved Easy Worship 2009. It was easy to use-- someone with no training could sit down and learn it in a matter of minutes. We eventually upgraded to version 6 after it came out, and we received an essentially unfinished product with so many bugs and glitches that it turned us off the Easy Worship brand completely. We won't spend any more money with them trying to upgrade to the newest version.

Pros

The original 2009 version was easy to use and just worked.

Cons

Easy Worship 6 is absolutely terrible. It crashed, half the features don't work consistently, and system for importing and organizing content is horrible.

Pros

Pros: It was inexpensive. Once set up, it was fairly easy to use. It had a site license which was important four the many ministries that would use it.

Cons

It was a pain to install, and required specific codecs that had to be installed from a third party. Also it was not available on the Mac platform.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I wanted to let you know that we have actually now superseded the need for additional video decoders in most cases. As of EasyWorship 6.7, additional video decoders are only installed as backup decoders or for testing purposes. The only necessary additional decoders would be DScaler for DVD Playback. With the release of EasyWorship 7, we field out our decoding needs and have fully integrated the LAV decoders into our software. As for a MAC version, you are absolutely right. That is something I hope to have remedied in the next few years. ### "Good for churches that need the basics"

If you're new to using a software apart from Powerpoint to present slides etc, then this is the FIRST ONE YOU SHOULD USE. Helps you learn the how-to's via an interface that is user-friendly at a good enough price point.

Pros

The interface is very easy to grasp -- can be understood even by someone using the software for the first time. There are also a plethora of media readibly available (though the style is a bit old-school), and it's easy to add various versions of the Bible for use in presentations.

Cons

I liked Easyworship in general, but when we got more adept with presentations and wanted to take up a notch how we do it in church (and even for our livestream), we had to opt for another software. For the price, there are other alternatives that offer more features (e.g. Cloud Syncing, better remote app, signals, etc).

Pros

Good customer service and easy to learn.

Cons

When importing a PowerPoint it can be difficult and may cause poor presentation quality during church service. It has caused my older laptop to crash several times. I upgraded my laptop and have yet to see it be any better.

Pros

Easy to use software in order to display multiple powerpoint slides without having to open several different powerpoint windows and switching between them. We use this every service to manage our Praise and Worship slideshows. It is easy to use and customize. Great to use on multiple monitors as well.

Cons

Software occasionally crashes when uploading pptx files at times. It's not all the time, but it does get annoying especially when we haven't saved the slides yet. Easy fix is to just upload PPT files.

All of it, it as it says, it easy and help and support are excellent, the technical staf are very professional and relaxed and friendly and put you at ease

There is nothing that I have experienced in my use I’d this software both here in Canada and back in the UK.

Works well for what we need. I have no reason to look elsewhere. I am satisfied with Easy Worship 7.

Pros

It does what I would like to get done. The process makes sense once a person realizes how you have it set up. The reason I got a Support Ticket was trying to move songs from a version 2009 laptop to an EW7 laptop. After sending in a ticket I immediately found the support phone # and it was fixed in 10 minutes. No wait. No call back. Done. Thanks for such quick service. I have been using EW7 on the laptop we use and was just trying to update songs from our other laptop that had v. 2009 on it. That second laptop is no longer being used.

Cons

I had some trouble entering some 15-year old Worship songs in ppt's that had music imbedded in them already. They would freeze the whole program (EW7). Support couldn't figure it out either, so quit using the old ones and only use newer ppt versions. Now it works fine.

The benefits I have realize using EasyWorship is that it’s a way to get the congregation to read their announcements. It helps older people follow the scripture and younger people that don’t bring a Bible to church.

Pros

The mini movies and collection titles are the most valuable and used in our services OK. They are easy to integrate into our worship service.

Cons

In the title collections, I would like to see titles such as devotion, praise and worship, the doors of the church are open, and/or pictures of doors. These will be easy to integrate rather than creating. Sometimes when setting up presentations, using the products gets a little difficult when trying to work from the slide and then moving to the words on the left-hand side, it deletes the whole thing and I have to start all over.

Easy Worship is a time saving software and allows our worship to be created easily from week to week. Files are easy to save and reuse and templates make planning a breeze.

Pros

I love how easy and intuitive Easy Worship is to use. It easily imports song lyrics, motion and still background screens, and saves templates. This makes week to week worship planning a breeze. When only a few changes are required, it is easy to make a few modifications from week to week. Being able to see the screens on the monitor before they appear on the screen helps technicians know what content is queued. Software is easy to learn and does not require a professional to use (although there is a learning curve, it is accessible to anyone who desires to learn).

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like about easy worship.

Allows the congregation to read along with scripture and see the lyrics to songs making for a more inclusive worship experience.

Cons

The Power Point integration can be tricky. Also on a 4K monitor its counter productive that I have to use a low resolution (so that power point works) and so that I can read the text in the Graphical User Interface.

Something like the GTX 1080 or RTX 2080 is recommended for work like this. Otherwise, you'll need to use a lower resolution on that screen so that your graphics card is able to handle it.
