Interlace

## What is Interlace?

Interlace is card issuing infrastructure for platforms that want to run their own card programs. Exchanges, wallets, neobanks, fintechs and spend management software use one API to issue virtual and physical cards under their own brand: creating cardholders, setting per-card limits and merchant controls, and settling across 40+ currencies in 180+ countries. Programs run on Interlace's own 30+ card BINs, so there is no card scheme sponsorship to negotiate and no issuing infrastructure to build first. KYC, KYB, KYT and AML screening are built into the issuing flow, and card data is handled under PCI DSS Level 1 through licensed entities in Hong Kong, the US and Canada. Cards can be funded in fiat or in USDC and USDT, so platforms holding stablecoin balances can offer spending without a separate off-ramp. Programs go live in 14-21 days, or in 3 days with the no-code option. Interlace also issues cards for AI agents, with just-in-time funding and merchant, time and spend limits.
