## What is SkillDrift?

Career management is usually treated as a document problem. SkillDrift treats it as a skills problem. Upload your resume and SkillDrift reads it against the role you actually want, then names every skill standing between you and it. Each gap becomes a short personalised learning roadmap, and as you close them the gaps shrink and your match scores move in real time. Jobs and internships are scored out of 100 against your real skills, including entry-level roles for anyone with under a year of experience, so you know your fit before you apply. AI mock interviews run in text, voice or realtime, with Hindi on realtime. Voice and realtime end with a scored report: a hire verdict out of 10, seven individually scored skills, and question-by-question coaching. Finish a course and the certificate is added to your resume automatically.
