YowieTech Route Planner is route planning software for refrigerated transport operators. It is the software arm of a refrigerated transport business trading since 1987 and was built inside a working reefer fleet. Dispatchers plan multi-stop delivery runs and see the true cost of each run before it leaves, covering fuel, tolls, wages, depreciation and accommodation, priced in local currency. Addresses can be typed, pasted or imported from CSV. Drivers receive the run as a PIN-secured link with no app to install, navigate with Google Maps or Waze, and capture photos, notes, signatures and delivery temperatures as part of the delivery itself. The platform produces cold chain temperature records, HACCP reports, CO2 estimates and profit and loss by run, driver and vehicle. Pre-departure checks, per-stop temperature logging, live tracking and multi-day planning of up to seven days are included.
