It reads the drawing the professional already has, in DWG, DXF or PDF, and returns an XLSX spreadsheet with item, unit and quantity across up to 18 construction disciplines, with the SINAPI reference code wherever there is a match. Every line comes back labelled MEASURED, when the quantity came from the geometry of the drawing (DWG and DXF), or ESTIMATED, when it needs checking; everything read from a PDF is labelled as an estimate.
