I've worked with many databases in my 20+ years in the field and this is the best of all. Pros It's fast, easy to learn, intuitive and it allows me to add features. It has many opportunities for clients to use it and track data. As a clinical director, UNISONA is superior to all others I've used. We can enter and analyze data in a flash. Sam provides excellent customer service. Cons I need to become more efficient to maximize its applicability and that's a good thing. I don't fully understand it's capacity, but I love to learn.
