We have only just begun using it an there is a learning curve. That is true with everything.

Pros

Very useful for different usages and it almost can be integrated with any related system which has meaningful integration.

Cons

Both phone support and support center are there, however they don't seem to complete each other. Both needs improvement especially online support center.

I was very excited with NeonCRM when we first signed up for the service. I do love the features that come with the program and it being web based is extremely important. Unfortunately I have had a hard time getting technical support and assistance. This was big for an upcoming program we had going on.

It is somewhat cumbersome to export our database into NeonCRM, but this is not NeonCRM fault, more so with our database software

Pros

The program is very easy to use and is very comprehensive for what we will use it for. Should save us a great deal of time and energy and expense with interpreting the data as well as managing mass mailings
