I've been pleased by both the product and the customer service!

Pros

While there are a number of features to praise, a select few have been most beneficial to the company. Having the ability to transfer tickets or chats has proven useful when we are working with a customer who has a specific type of inquiry - perhaps a sales question or an employment request. We’ve found it helpful to have the ability to transfer the chat to the online agent best equipped to answer the inquiry so we are able to serve our customers to the highest standard and with an immediate response. We also find being able to add notes and labels to previous chats and tickets incredibly helpful in data collection and also in our ability to work as a dynamic team. By being able to sort our chats and tickets into an organized system that our company created, we can work cohesively to review old conversations for continuity, opportunities for growth, and with transparency between departments.

Cons

A minor aspect of that could be modified to increase its ease and use as the online agent is the sound feature. When an agent is chatting with a customer in live time, it's ideal to have a noise generated whenever the guest writes a message. This allows the agent to be chatting with multiple people simultaneously and respond when each guest replies. LiveAgent has this feature, and it is in fact very helpful. However, each time the guest clicks on a new page within the website, LiveAgent processes it as a message, and it makes a noise. It is a feature that, if fixed, would enhance the product even more.

Live Agent has been a game changer for My Future Business and for all of our guests and customers. We are on top of the continual influx of tickets, and it is an easy platform to use once you know how to get the best out of it.

It feels as if the UI could be updated a little, but this is me looking for something to pick on rather than it being something that I 'least like'

Pros

The live chat features for should be a benchmark for all other chat software. It is easy to use and very reliable.

Cons

I wish I had more features to get the attention of the visitor. Live chat is always there but after a while a visitor can learn to ignore it. I'd like to ask a question every now and then to see if I can create more engagement.

Reason for choosing LiveAgent

Social media chat agents are limited to accounts associated with the channel. Many visitors can be left out. Some "multi" channel chat bots try to solve this by allowing chat across multiple accounts but that just increases the complexity of the chat agent. is simple, doesn't require social chat channels and just works!

We run a small business with only a few workers and We really value the few clients we receive. We've used for quite a few months to handle and respond to customer complaints, support queries, and a lot more.Its solutions are incredible as it offers the ability to self-host behind the grid and there are just too many amazing features that facilitate customization and completely revolutionize the client's support experience.LiveAgents offers comprehensive pricing options too and the setup is pretty straightforward. It also offers a quality customer support service which is the most essential part of it.Our small team gets to work collaboratively and handle quite a few numbers of support queries simultaneously. We easily receive and reply to customer emails, and track issues with useful metrics ( ticket support status, progress and it provides options for clients to rate our support quality in the end)

Cons

What is personally dislike (which my team also does) is the software's user interface. It's just too puff up with stuff here and there and that- we couldn't get much from it, just damn goofy.Its mobile version still needs some improvement which will make it better and most importantly we couldn't get much out of integrations, as it does support just a few which are off-choice our preferences.

### "First experience with Helpdesk"

Pros

I have been working in the tourism and hospitality industry for more than 15 years and the challenge was always in the coordination between the Sales and Operations teams, where each one had their objectives and managed their own tools, all very complicated to apply and learn. This generated inefficiencies and bad spirits when working. When I joined the MeVuelo team leading the sales and operations in Paraguay, they trained me in the use of this tool, which I learned to use very quickly. I really believe that if we had it in previous organizations, we would have achieved much more gratifying objectives. Today we have the teams coordinated, working under defined processes and the focus is on customer service, which is excellent thanks to this software. The organization of tasks and communication channels provided by 's ticketing system is something that I have never experienced in other companies in the industry. Today I work with the peace of mind that the information will be there and we can give our clients the attention and support they need, when they need it. Best of all, I don't need to depend on my laptop because I have the ticket and call applications on my cell phone.

I would like us to be able to include whatsapp as since in Paraguay it is a very important sales channel.

There's not many places to get this help on bitcoins.I highly recommend if you have any bitcoin questions they are the place to go

This software is being used by the customer service management of our company. For contacting and getting response over phone, this application helps to keep track of the whole process. There is option to call the chef and ask for different cuisine of foods. So, this helps to meet expectations of premium customers too.

The dashboard is a bit odd to use. Sometimes it does response slow.

For the 2 years I have been using I have continued to like and love everything because they're able to help me maintain a great relationship with my clients.

Pros

is arguably the best all-in-one customer help desk solution with the best and most dedicated support team available 24/7×365. Through the automation feature it's very helpful in setting rules and applied across the board which has reduced significantly the number of tickets to solve and also helps to automate most of our customers needs and issues to be resolved easily hence saving a lot of time and cost. I also love the UI which is very straightforward, user-friendly and intuitive makes it easy for us to use this tool easily. Being able to communicate one-on-one with my clients has really helped me to deliver best-in-class services to them and hence they're happy and satisfied.

So far so good, everything is working on very smoothly and I am happy how the support team has been phenomenal towards our customers.

is easy to use, very easy to set up the live chat system, the knowledge base and the customer forums. Another advantage of LiveAgent is that it provides a customer service portal and customers can create and quickly receive immediate responses to tickets. LiveAgent is the best and i recommend it.

It's a brilliant and powerful tool that increases customer satisfaction and it has improved on-email communication in our company. ### "Great all in one solution."

Overall, we have one product for web, email, chat, and phone support.

Pros

It was easy to get started and provides an all in one solution for helpdesk and support. The fact that it can connect to our website and provide chat as well as a knowledge base was great... but adding the capability of Phone Support through VOIP connections gives it an edge over almost everything out there. It's very customizable and we haven't found any issues with making it do what we need it to do. The support folk are good and answered all questions we had, but frankly we didn't really need them too much when we got started. They have continued to fix bugs and add features, so it's an active and live product that keeps getting better.

Cons

The UI could be a lot better. It's not bad, but it's not super great either. It takes a while to learn how to use the interface as some aspects aren't obvious. Once you know them, it's not bad, but it should be more obvious how to use it.

I like because it is very easy to deploy or integrate in any website without any hassle. It gives great customer support experience to the customers. Using this same tool we can maintain emails, tickets and customers message very easily. Easy for us to resolve huge tickets with in span of time. Recommend tool for ticketing management. Customer care is very helpful always resolves queries in few hours.

Cons

Pricing is little but costly then other tools available in the market. It needs to be reduced. Also sometime tool becomes laggy it needs improvements in performance.

Overall has been a godsend compared to our previous provider, the automation alone makes it worth its weight in gold, there was a cost saving for us to switch to LiveAgent but more importantly we have saved on time and resources.

Pros

This software has enabled my team to work more efficiently, the automation available with the software has allowed us to track the sorts of queries we are recieiving and the volume of those queries, all of which can be reported back to our clients. The automation has allowed us to automatically respond to people with specific queries based on keywords which means that our overall volume of work has decreased.

Cons

It would be great if their was downloadable graphs and charts, and generally easier reporting.

can display cases that are being handled in real time by the various employees in my company. It's being used for many works like CRM, Inventory, Helpdesk, Collaboration and other activities.

Pros

It has outstanding CRM capabilities that make it possible to analyse customer behaviours, segmentation, customer based on their needs, and then meet of those each's demands. It's one be best collaborative and helpdesk management tools.

Cons

To be honest, there are some issues related to internet connectivity and consumptions, which makes it slowness. This is something that needs to be addressed.

Pro Tip: Get and you'll instantly have a crystal ball allowing you to view your customer's online habits, what they are looking for the most, etc....

Cons

Absolutely nothing! This is a direct connection to every insurance seeker who comes to my website looking for a quote or some guidance on insurance coverages.
